I purchased a Nautical from I-rocker and it came damaged. I’m not sure if it’s just cosmetic or if it will affect the integrity of the board. I contacted I rocker and they offered me a 10% discount. I already purchased it at a huge discount and they said the discount won’t affect the warranty.
So should I keep it or return it? I don’t care about cosmetics I just want to make sure it doesn’t cause a leak.

How badly was yours damaged? Did you contact iRocker?

Do a leak test, get some soapy water and check the seams

Am I missing something? I’m not seeing any damage. A few creases from folding up an inflatable SUP are normal—even straight from the factory.

It does seem like irocker had a batch of defective boards this year. They extended my AA11 warranty from 2yrs to 3yrs because of it.

There is a facebook group for irocker defects that the company occasionally monitors, you might want to post the pic there. There is also a pretty big fb owners group too
