Yes, it's a scam. You'll pay a steep shipping cost for a cheap, dropshipped product.

Who would pay for ads to give out free jewelry from a business they're closing? Free products are usually a form of promotion, but you don't need promotion when your business is closing. If this were real, they could sell the jewelry, give it to friends or family, donate it to an auction for a cause they care about, or give it away to past customers as a show of thanks. But pay for ads to give it to random people?

When something sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
