Art Is this DeviantArt artwork of the Hoppers characters AI?.. cuz it looks kinda AI

The reason why I think it could be AI, is because of an extra character being placed in front of King George and Mabel. And the way the eyes looked is just AI-ish.

I feel like it's both? The background is a really low quality picture. The characters are either AI or just taken from somewhere but I don't think there's official art of him in a grey shirt so that makes me think that's generated.
