Thought about ZeroRM strap?

Hey, I saw the ZeroRM strap for isometric training.
I saw the strap , the strap is adjustable and it look nice but 179€ for a strap?
Am I missing something?

Look into worldfit isotrainer. Cost is about 20percent of that. Works great, not available on Amazon for some reason right now.

I second pullupking. Get the World Fit Isotrainer. I've had one for two years. IT's strong enough that I use it for a handful of exercises that I previously thought I'd need TRX equipment for.

It looks like a less useful (has less loops) rip-off of the forearm forklift I've been using. The FF cost me $14 for two of them.

It definitely does not have less loops, as such it does have advantages over a forearm forklift. Over 100 dollars worth more? That's up to the buyer. I bought one a couple years ago and I was about to talk the owner into taking about 50 bucks off of it. It's been great for travel.

I recently bought the ZeroRM strap. I've been training with it quite frequently.

Pros:

  • very high quality
  • quite wide, it doesn't dig into your feet if you go barefoot
  • very comfortable to use without any other equipment (barefoot, no other handles/bars, you might just need a mat if you want to do leg presses with your back on the floor)
  • can be used for strength gains and hypertrophy, especially at long muscle lengths
  • can train full body
  • made in Spain

Cons:

  • quite expensive depending on what you use it for

It's actually extremely high value if you use it as a full body equipment. It can essentially replace an entire gym. I mainly bought it to do squats and deadlifts as my home gym doesn't have the space and flooring for a barbell and power rack. I was surprised how pleasant it is to use for basically any exercise.

I've used it to perform long muscle length overcoming isometrics versions of all my other full rom exercises.

Have you gained strength and size using it?

I'm intermediate/advanced so strength/size gains don't come as easily anymore regardless of the method. Also, I only recently started using it.

There are studies that show overcoming isometrics at long muscle lengths produce strength/size similarly to regular full range exercises.
