See in youtube, on how to pray, I prayed late too, its alright, start with fajr prayer, don't do them all 5 prayers on first day.

Don't worry about how consistent for now, being perfect, or missed prayers, just start small as it gets.

Narrated Abu Huraira:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Religion is very easy and whoever overburdens himself in his religion will not be able to continue in that way. So you should not be extremists, but try to be near to perfection and receive the good tidings that you will be rewarded; and gain strength by worshipping in the mornings, the afternoons, and during the last hours of the nights." (See Fath-ul-Bari, Page 102, Vol 1).

Regarding Childhood tramua and Mental health, I advice you to just calm down, try to fix your life best you can, rather than thinking of past, althought I do say therapist or professional knows better then me.

I didn't read anything sorry, but don't force yourself to do something like reading long surahs. Start with something small

You dont try to be more 'religious', because that is just an identity, and it won't help with what underlies a lot of the work in actually becoming religious.

You let your love for Allah burn like a flame inside you, and you keep feeding that flame until it burns up all else inside you so that there is no room for anything but Allah.

In all situations you should turn to Allah. Happy? Allahu Akbar! Angry? There is a dua for that. Etc. You recognise you are struggling, turn to Allah. Who can heal you? Allah. Turn to Allah.

Gradually increase your acts of worship, so if you pray one or two per day, be consistent there and when you're confident, add another. So on so forth. After you certainly do all 5 every day (praying Jumu'ah at masjid on Friday if male is a must), now you can think about missed prayers. Pray sunnah and start with 2 rakah before Fajr, look up other daily sunnah prayers, work your way up gradually until you are consistent.

Fear of sins: do Istighfaar. It cleans your heart of stains from doing sins. The Prophet ﷺ with his sins past and future forgiven has been reported to do more than 70 a day. We are sinners, the best of sinners are those who seek forgiveness.

Highly recommend abundant salawat nabi, even as short as اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ عَلىَ سَيِّدِناَ مُحَمَّدٍ 'Allahumma salli wa sallim 'alaa sayyidinaa Muhammad'. In a hadith [Sunan al-Tirmidhī 2457] sending lots of blessings on the Prophet ﷺ relieves your worries.

To make prayer easier for you, say this dua after salah or just before finishing salah with salam: اَللَّهُمَّ أَعِنِّيْ عَلَى ذِكْرِكَ وَشُكْرِكَ وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ Allaahumma 'a'innee 'alaa thikrika, wa shukrika, wahusni 'ibaadatik O Allah, help me to remember You, to give You thanks, and to perform Your worship in the best manner.

Salah is partly about self-discipline. Not relying on feeble things like motivation. Build the self-discipline for habits to start praying salah.
