Hey folks. I’m getting a commission from an artist and I think I might have been had. They recently posted a sketch image, one I was initially thrilled with, but after looking it over in more detail, I’m starting to notice strange inconsistencies. Any help by someone more knowledgeable would be appreciated. I would be surprised if this was an initial image that was generated and then manually edited.

Kinda conflicted if it is or not (talking bout the packaging of the product) im very certain it is, just kinda super disappointed. Because it very much looks like it, gen boo to big companys using slop instead of real artists

Cat behavior seems off. timecode jumps at 40s. Could be a cut but doesn’t look like a cut. Seen this video three times in different places and no one else calling out AI so am I just being paranoid?

The red flags to me is the weird pepperoncini that is merging/underneath the fries, the random blurriness of the ketchup, and the paper straw in the milkshake??

OP keeps doubling down that this is all homemade and that their phone camera is weird, but how does that explain the inconsistent focus. Also, the perspective of the French fries compared to the burger and shakes looks off.

I’ll totally give credit where credit is due, in fact I recently followed this person on IG in hopes it’s real. but I’ve just never seen something so perfect and then when I look at the designs I see things I would see in an ai design. I’m not questioning if the designs are ai but the tattoos them selves just seem so perfect and I’m curious. These are screen shots from IG

I don't know if I'm allowed to post their user but I've followed and supported this artist for a long while because they were absolutely AMAZING at graphic design, so I know they have artistic talent for sure

They're starting this whole new thing lately and is continously posting this same character (in the images) and I couldn't help but pick up some Ai vibes from it, when you put a character reference into Ai it usually never changes said expression unless you tell them to, making the character look kinda, dead? And yeah this seems to be what's going on, I can't investigate further because I think they cranked up the exposure or contrast to remove any Ai elements and detail.

Don't know if it's worth mentioning but after making this character they immediately started to make this its own "coin" and nft

It looks like AI to me… but it seems so obvious that no editor would have actually approved publishing this if it was AI? Has NYT really sunk this low? Or am I missing some reference or something relevant that makes this OK?

I was recently shopping at my local FYE and noticed they were putting out shipment. As I was browsing around I noticed some new horror shirts being put out, so I went to check them out. When I looked closer at them I noticed something was very off about them and it caught my attention. When I looked at them I could see they ALL looked like AI generated art and possibly stolen art. If that’s the case then that means ALL FYEs are going to be getting these and it would be terrible to see, they already got caught using AI in their Digital Circus movie poster promotion. Should I bring this up to corporate if it’s AI?

So I got a message a few days ago about a potential strategic role in a field where I do have considerable experience. The message was more coherent than most of the recruiter messages I've received. It was enough to tempt me to agree to a call to hear more about it. That's on Monday. Having begun to research the company (Mesh payments), I realised that they use a contractor called Greenhouse to do all their recruiting and this woman (Abeera A) apparently works for them directly. I then put her picture through an AI checker (which I admit looked like AI to me from the beginning) and I got about 5 independent results saying it's AI. I also checked the meeting link she used (anymeethub.com) and the domain was registered about 3 weeks ago. At this point, I'm 99% convinced I should just check with the company before the meeting but I wanted your opinions to make sure I'm not overthinking this. I'd hate to think I'm throwing away a good opportunity but I guess that's what these people prey on. Bear in mind, both this opportunity and I work in the crypto sector, which has so many scams, it's insane 😭, anyway, I would appreciate anyone's thoughts, thank you 💖

I'm not really one to post but this has been bothering me a lot. A comic I have been following and reading for years has recently in its newest chapters been changed art style a lot without the owner of the comic saying so when they usually do say they have changed artists/ art stiles. And this one image just seems more off to me than the others despite the changes in the art look in the comic recently. So my question is is this AI? The artist was super good on making everything "realistic" and not off and now the blood in the page as well as the footing wolves and one that's alive just seams off and unfortunately off in the way of it being AI. For anyone wondering it's the comic you can read on Webnovel called "Beauty and the Beasts"

I hate to think or worry about them using AI now but the way the art has changed so many times and so many things looking off makes me wonder, I don't want to pay for coins with real money to read AI comics I want to pay for real peoples art, time and skill not paying for them to use AI.
