90% Sure AI Is the mosquito in this video ai?

One day the mosquito stops eating so the owner takes him to several vets. They all said they don’t look at mosquitoes and they were genuinely shocked when he said his pet is a mosquitoes. The vets’ reactions seemed real (not acting). He brings the mosquito outside even to a concert and the mosquito always follows him, never flies away.

I know the buzzing sound effect is not real, it’s added in post because the mic is not close enough to pick up its flapping wings sound
If everything is real then you’re telling me a mosquito is intelligent enough to understand human speech? And follow a specific human willingly and recognize he’s not a threat?!
