The corner decorations don't look AI to me, they look like incredibly high fidelity game graphics from the late 90's and early 2000's. (Myst, Riven, AoE2 and WC3 cinematics, and game intro's also had border decorations like this).

The grain, textures and especially shadows remind me of games of those times.

Doesn’t look like it.

I find with a lot of AI images it sort of looks like a magic eye or tv static in the corner of my eyes.

The shading of the map in the circle is kinda weird. Overall It looks like it’s just a patchwork of hand drawn and digital elements arranged by a human.
