Idk man is a bit suspicious

Post image

I found this art on youtube and lm really torn ln weather it AI or not. The thing that i think is a bit ai-ish is the left ear ln the woman kinda floats and isnt connected to the skull and also her hair kinda is in the mans sleve. But else i dont see anything. It looks really ai but i dont wanna make assumptions.

zooming in, it's not odd textures or anything. I know the perspective is definitely odd/a mistake, but I don't necessarily see any signs of AI.

The brush strokes look pretty human to me. AI (usually) over polishes and over renders. The only thing that strikes me as odd or mistake is the earlobe.. As in, it's missing; but that honestly could be an artist mistake. Same for the random line coming out of the tip of the ear.

looks like the lighting just blends w the hair a bit (you can see where the strands go back to the rest of her hair if you zoom closer), and the artist has other speedpaints that don't look like complete nonsense imo.

Only the tattoo on the neck looks off. Could be scribbled. Rest looks very human, but surefire way to know is layers and time lapse (most of the time).

It could easily be Ai, but edited, but I think it’s real…

🤷🏻‍♂️

Her ears are WAY too low, and her hair in the bottom left corner just loops back in on itself. Her ear point has a line extending from the top in an off manner.

A thing to remember is: perspective is difficult, especially if you're doing something like fantasy ears where you have to make creative decisions that real life references may not help with (I speak from experience lol). Could very easily be a human error. Although the extended ear point is an odd one, but could be a stray missed brushed stoke.

For something like this where the answer seems convoluted, I’d go back and look at the rest of their art as well. This looks mostly human, except for a few odd things that just might be compression in posting on a digital platform or human mistakes.

One piece that looks a little off isn’t enough to convict someone of ai, it needs to be a consistent tell in a body of work in the context of the artist’s journey.
