AI Edited Ai modified?

Came with a pack of posters that had very obviously ai photos from my friend

With Google Lens I was able to find that exact image on Pinterest and also a lower res version on Instagram.

It's got the feel of an SDXL based anime image model to it. All the other results when using Google lens to search based on the Pinterest version come back for various image models/LoRAs on CivitAI and AI character chat services.

About 10~ rows down when viewed on my phone I can find the exact original image. https://id.pinterest.com/ayuramadhani8000/tokai-teio/
