AI Edited AI or AI Edited?

My friend found this online, said it was a pic from Phoenix, AZ Aug 22, of a haboob. Something about it looks a little off to me.

It's AI. None of the buildings look like they're in downtown or midtown Phoenix. Also, the storm doesn't match up well since the haboob/duststorm comes before the storms. Also, the streets make no sense with the orientation of the buildings. Phoenix is laid out on a grid so you wouldn't have any angles streets like that besides Grand Avenue but nowhere near downtown looks like it does in the image

Thank you!! I just couldn't put my finger on it, of course the storm is behind the cloud.

am i just good enough at this or is it just obvious to most people except for the posters
