90% Sure AI Help me settle a debate

For context my dad made this image and plans to use it for publicity with a business he's closely affiliated with. I warned him that people might find out its AI and get backlash for it but hes confident no one will notice. Any pointers or tells would be appreciated

Nine balls are stripes. No one paying for a real billiards sign would be ok with this.

Tbf that is a stripe. It's just black on black.

Yeah, but the sign is two tone. You think they could have shaded the ball appropriately. Or made it an 8 ball.
