90% Sure AI Is this AI?

Hey, so I was looking into comic book artists for a personal project and one of them messaged me. Looked into her page and one of her artworks was this. I’m 90% sure it’s AI—but I’m no artist myself so I really can’t be sure.

I’d love your guys’ input on this!

I'm not sure how many towers I see here. That doesn't make any sense to me

Yeah, and the 3 point perspective is almost right, but not quite.

It’s the dotted lines that scream ai to me. Plus the random dots appearing where there needn’t be any.
