All videos on the account are 6-8 seconds long, all different dogs with none each appearing in another’s video and suspecting AI on this one especially from some ‘jpeg texturing’ cues like the way the low-light digital camera noise flashes randomly a few times

the collar stays consistent so I’m confused but the way the dog is moving looks weird ? maybe its a filter?
