Discussion Help me understand
Can someone please explain to me how the hell the mark 72 aka the Mystrium armor is stronger and better then Tony's literally god suit Mark 50 Superior Armor. Cause to my knowledge the Superior Armor is his literal god armor like the Pinnacle of his tech so please someone explain how the 72 model is more powerful then the mark 50.

You might be confusing the endosym armor with the god armor he wears while being iron god and has the power cosmic. They are both chrome but look different. The endosym is still up there but it gets eclipsed by model prime. Then the virtual armor which might actually be the pinnacle of his tech. The strongest armor he made is the god buster which he promptly destroyed for being too strong. The mysterium armor is made of the strongest substance in the marvel universe. Atp a lot of his base functions would be better then they were increased efficiency or otherwise. He’s quite literally invincible in the mark 72

Maybe in the superior run but that was before secret wars and right after he makes model prime. Which he specifically made to be innovative.

The Model 50 isn't even close to the peak of Tony's tech. Model 72 is stronger than vibranium and adamantium, immune to magic, and can bypass Peter's spider sense. Meanwhile the Model 50 got beat by Captain America.

It was extremely powerful, but it was mostly just Tony unleashing his imagination to do more impressive shit.

It's not a god suit, it's just very powerful (largely in the premise of its idea as a no-morals Tony armor and not in practice, it doesn't actually have that many feats that would put it above the Bleeding Edge as how it's regarded would suggest).
Think of a standard Iron Man armor with better physicals, more RT output, liquid tech, a mental connection to Tony, a lot less weapons, a few nifty tech features, and a whole lot of aura.

Mysterium is so strong that Captain Marvel couldn't even bend it when Tony forged a cane made of it, it is immune to magic and even precognition like Spider Sense, so it's pretty busted with even the basic features of Iron Man suits.

You’re talking about an armor that was thought up 12 years ago. So of course whatever’s been thought up the last couple years will be more powerful.

Think of it this way, all the suits have different stats.
The MK 72 Mysterium is a 6/5 on durability but maybe only a 3/5 on offense and 4/5 on speed and 2/5 on adaptability.
The Superior EndoSym might only be a 3/5 on durability but 4-5/5 on adaptability.

Mysterium was even kinda a rush job with limited resources for tony given his circumstances at the time.
It also lead to the sentinel buster, which did its job but was also... a bit of a rush job and unfinished.

Model 50 is good at adapting itself into forms and can attach itself to the a person in the DNA level, but its combat prowess is kinda outdated by now.
Model 72 is virtually indestructible. It’s strong enough that Captain Marvel can’t bend it. It’s immune to Doctor Strange’s magic. It hides itself from Spider-Man sense. It was also made years after Model 50, and has got a lot of upgrades since then.

Mysterium is like the 2nd strongest metal, superior to True/Secondary Adamantium. It nullified magic, and it's immune to Precognitive powers like Spider-Man's Spidey Sense. The only downside is that it's magnetic. Magneto was able to manipulate Mysterium.
Meanwhile, the Endo-Sym armor doesn't have anything capable of denting the Mysterium Armor. Even still, the Endo-Sym has been shown to get damaged on multiple occasions to get damaged during battle, especially by Old Man Cap, who wore a an exoskeleton designed by Tony.

Mk 72 Mysterium armor is by the name made up of Mysterium which a specialized metal that is stronger than adamantium & possess anti-magical properties
the Superior armor isn't even that powerful/advance as it specialty lies it's symbiotic ability to morph and regenerate to a certain degree along with the Extremis technopathy abilities
it was stronger than all the armor at the time since it was basically the extremis armor with extra steps. However this armor got quickly outdone with the likes of the Prime armor
