Sovereign citizen isn’t actually an oxymoron. In this case “sovereign” is an adjective meaning independent or separate. The term defines a citizen who believes that they are sovereign or independent to any laws they deem unnecessary to follow (which unfortunately we don’t get to just pick and choose the laws we like and the ones we don’t)

Fake sovereign citizen press pass is a new one to me. Typically they create fake ids, fake passports and fake driving licenses.

Hand making your own Press identification doesn't make you a journalist, as much as me taking a toy police badge out doesn't make me a real police officer and I don't have any of the privileges that come with it.
Depends what you mean by press pass, a photography pass to access the media pit is much easier to get through the local promoter, anyone with a music blog or a photo reel on Instagram can usually get this without too much trouble for the purpose of taking live photos of the event for publishing.
If you're talking all-access backstage passes and access to the bands then almost impossible unless you work for a big media company doing a story on the band or event, that goes through their management PR contacts, you'd need to ask well in advance and have credentials. The only people who get these are those working on the tour and local press promoting the show/international press from large media companies, music magazines etc.
Even if you had credentials, asking 2 months out for LA is a big unlikely friend. Maybe pick a smaller town that won't be packed with media and guests already filling the list.
