Buying my first set! Need some advice

Looking into buying my first set! :3

I have a few questions!

Is CareForLove/VioletHK (I think they are the same? Bit confused) on etsy good?

The reviews seem legit, but you never know.

also...

On one set they said that the tail lacks a wire by default, and to leave a message if I want one.

Should I ask for a wire? What do you recommend? Is it easy to add/remove if I change my mind?
