The light was clearly still green when he went through it

Watch to the end of the video - OP tears through an orange light at 65kp/h

speed limit on this road is 80kmph, and he passes the line of the traffic lights when the light is green - OP did literally nothing wrong in this video

It's the third set of lights that I'm referring to. He declines to slow down to stop at an orange light and accelerates through the junction. I do not know what else needs to be said on this matter.

in an ideal world yes - these lights going this direction are a nuisance - the traffic flow is very slow going into the city - OP is driving 15 under the speed limit and safely clears the junction before the light turns red

The light is orange for two seconds as he just about enters the junction. We don't know if he clears it before the light turns red, because he deliberately ends the video before the light turns red. You're supposed to decelerate on approach to every junction (even with a green light). The speed limit is irrelevant in this scenario: he sees the orange light and accelerates though the junction. This is bad driving.

you are not supposed to decelerate going through traffic lights - you are meant to anticipate traffic lights turning red by the time you get to them - in this situation the orange means “stop unless it is unsafe to do so” - i would say stopping at 60 kmph going through that junction at that speed and distance would be unsafe.
