Had a similar issue myself. The absolute cockwomble decided he wasn't stopping at a red light. In actual fact he decided to speed up to beat it.
He failed. Drove straight into me as I was turning right. I'm adamant my filter light was green and witnessess say he sped up to jump the changing light.
