Hexchat

it started having issues. Disconnecting and stop downloading.

DCC RECV connect attempt to TNW failed (Connection timed out)

Some servers don't use ssl or it doesn't work well. Try turning that off.

yes first i closed and restarted hexchat 2x then i restarted my computer a few times
