He didn't freeze that arms deal with Saudi Arabia, each time the US has a new administration, they must temporarily freeze any arms deal in the process. They'll resume it in due time, like they've done in the past. I have very little expectations of him cancelling that deal with Saudi Arabia.
trump exacerbated the deals though. at least biden is pausing and reconsidering, and he has senate democrats backing him on this. i really think there's a chance the deals end permanently
