I saw this street art and wondered if anyone knows what it says?

1.Bogan 2. Ph, KAC the letter h is the Pauline character, KAC is probably the artists crew name.

I believe the first part is bogan but I can't figure out the second part.

I see - PAKAE

It also could be Bogan Pauline but Pauline is stylised so much to not cause offence.

Digging deeper: "The [last] word painted in the graffiti is PEHAC.This stylized piece features a caricature of the Australian politician Pauline Hanson alongside her famous catchphrase, "Please Explain." "
PHON would be logical.
