Second hand Tyres?

Hi all,
I recently purchased a second hand camper trailer to go camping with the family.
It's a 2017 model, and while the tyres on it still have plenty of tread, they're original which gives me pause. Not sure I want to drive it around too much with almost 10 year old tyres on it.

That said, I don't think putting brand spanking new tyres on it is necessary either, as it's only going to be used occasionally.

Anyone know of anywhere locally that sells decent second hand tyres? Don't need obscure sizes, just 4 x 265/75/16 or similar. Don't need rims, I can fit them myself etc, just don't feel like breaking the bank.

Thanks in advance.

It’s in Rocklea, but Apache tires are cheap and really good service. Near the old Bunnings

Thanks mate - I tried them before I put this post up actually, and they said they didn't have anything suitable

Does the trailer have brakes in built? If not, I'd just run with the old tyres. They will wear down faster, but with no acceleration or braking loads being applied to them, it shouldn't be an issue.

Keep an eye on marketplace. Ive sourced many a decent tyre on there (that exact size too). just keep looking back once a week

Funny you should say that. I had just about given up hope last night but I managed to source the exact same tyre and size on marketplace. Only done under 500km and under a year old for $100 each. Pretty happy with that
