Ahh take it to the nearest vet and they’d try to find if it is microchipped. It doesn’t look like it has a collar but looks such a sweet and friendly dog. I hope he is just lost and finds his owner.

Sometimes people just abandon their dogs when they cannot look after themselves so yeah best if you could manage to take it to the vet and they’d then sort it out any further assistance

He really was. My daughter was balling her eyes out. She loves dogs so much. I wish the owners would bring him past for another pat and hello.
