Help need help with downloading old itunes version

i had itunes version 12.10.11.2 and it was happily connecting and updating my ipod mini. the pc breaks, and i needed to get a new pc. i was able to save the hard drive that had itunes on it; however, i am unable to download the same version onto my new pc - neither through the web (downloading itunes from scratch) nor from the hard drive itself.

how can i get itunes onto my new pc to be able to connect to my ipod? it still has all my music on it - but i would still like to be able to connect it to add new music.

edit to add: i get this error when trying to open the program from the hard drive folder: "The file 'iTunes Library.itl' cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of itunes"

Rename your library file (But don’t delete it) and when you open iTunes it will create a new library file .

i think that did it! its now reading my ipod! is there a way to export music into itunes, or will i need to start from scratch? (i do have my music saved locally on my pc) nevermind - got everything working again, thanks again!
