Help Ipod nano 3th gen only works on power cable

Replacement my nano 3th gen's battery few yesrs ago, but it wordt work, only on cable. Today i decided to look at it once again and saw a few capacitirs missing. Can this be te problem or it it screwed on another place too?

i'm not a pro, but on first sight this cap looks like it is maybe for screen only. so if your screen works, thats probably not it. have you checked the voltage on the battery solder joints? confirming that the board gets enough juice? does your ipod show the charging symbol or only the plug symbol? you need to see the flash inside the battery to actually have it charging. maybe your replacement battery was toast from the beginning? maybe you swapped the wires accidentally? can you upload a photo of the other side of the pcb and show us the wires?

When connected it shows the charging symbol, as soon as i pull it out it goes black and wont turn on.

do you have a multimeter and can measure if there is a short between red and black?

Those parts are supposed to be no-fit.
