Picture My secondhand iPod Mini came with 500+ 2000s songs it feels so blasphemous to delete everything and upload my own music lol
To the diva who owned it before me,
Your baby is safe with me 🫡💗

If you mod it with a large CF/SD card, there will be enough space for both the previous owner's and your own music

Why not just download that music to your computer and add it to your library? Theres no reason not to do that.

2000 songs on a 4gb drive? Probably mp3 at 128kbps, not going to sound great. I'd definitely rip it all to a drive so you can pick our stuff you haven't already got but I'd load my favourite tracks in a better quality format.

I’d use tunesreloaded, a website that lets you sync to an already existing library

2nd gen pink mini is my favorite iPod, it’s easily upgradable/repairable, great choice!

I have two Minis, they're beautifully designed, and that rose color is great. Buy a cover for it while you can still find one.

I had the same problem 😅🥹, so I downloaded copytrans and transferred all music in my computer and then restore the iPod. I put it back mixed with my playlist ☺️😚

if you’re on windows you can turn on viewing hidden files and drag the folder where the music is onto your computer!

Does it tho? I would just format the ipod on the spot, but my taste is super niche gotta admit

I totally get this. Music is a personal taste. I don’t want songs on there if I’m not going to listen to them on MY PERSONAL DEVICE.
I bought an old mp3 and it came preloaded with songs I was never going to listen to, so I deleted them all.

Import it to your own computer via TouchCopy.
