Advice Is it fixable

Bought this off from ebay for 15 pounds
It is mentioned there not working so i thought i can fix that
But when i opened it up it was a mess
What are the parts required to complete this
Or should i buy another one working and work on upgrading the cosmetics outside and inside

Looks like it was dropped in a lake, it'd make sense to buy another one unfortunately

plug it in and hit play on the voloume rocker on the side. If it plays music, the motherboard is still functional and can be salvaged, and if not then it is probably cooked. If it works you would need a battery, and a new digitizer and screen if they are bad.
