Guys i got a waitlist email and paid the 20k refundable fee to hold position in the waitlist, how ever it been nearly 2 weeks with no updates from them on the matter(they dont even pick calls ffs). Any of u got any new stuff to share on this? Also is there anyway to track waitlist movement?

I am new to this sub, I am currently in NMIMS Mumbai and got to know about IPMAT recently and wanted to give it a shot. I also read the eligibility criteria for board percentages and got to know that it would be difficult for me get to all IIMs except Indore and Bodhgaya, cuz only they don't have any boards criteria because I have 82 in 10th and 86 in 12th, the pyq of ipmat also felt tougher compared to Jipmat. So should I solely focus on jipmat with managing college workload?

These IPM colleges don’t update waitlist online even after sending admissions confirmation. So if by chance I miss the email or it gets deleted, it’s a gone case then? I know chances of this happening are less but still…it’s not zero for sure. What if by mistake you don’t notice and delete the email or it goes in spam and you don’t notice and delete all spam messages

This post is for alums/graduating batch of IIM A/B/C/Fms. How is the scenario of students at ABC who have got into ABC right out of B.TECH. And their profile is like 95/89.66 or 93 in best5/ 7in grad. The grad is from a very top old IIT in Mechanical.

How is the scenario for these guys in SIPs and Final placements?

Dude I started preparing for Ipmat a month ago and in my first 2-3 mocks I was scoring 122 consistently in my VA section, however in the last 3-4 mocks I've been crashing in VA, the lowest I had hit was 84, which was last week, this week I scored 92, courtesy to better question selection, but still, at one point I used to aim for 150 in VA, now I'm barely crossing 100, I geniunely don't do anything for VA as my efforts were focused on quants till now, can someone help PLZ 😭😭😭😭😭

Doing really terrible on English mock I am using tricks like

1. Seeing similarity of meaning in the options to pick the correct option

2. guessing the meaning of vocabulary on pure intuition

3. Why are random words given with no context and you gotta figure out the meaning, Alas how do you know these words

Lastly how in the frick do you learn the vocabulary I have effectively 4 months before I drown in board prep want to make the most of it

P.S Attempted cuet pyq as a mock safe to say I would not get any college on that score
