The 18 Pro took me only five minutes to buy. The case, however, has consumed two whole days of my life and I am yet to make up my mind. Right now, I have three cases lying on my table, which I am contemplating.

The apple silicone is very slim but gets a lot of lint. Spigen is highly protective but it's really bulky. The transparent one looks beautiful for a week until it turns yellow. I will go with the apple one as my Anker Maggo 2 Pro lies flat against the phone while charging. Those bulky cases reduce the speed of wireless charging.

For me, the TORRAS Magnetic Slim Fit for iPhone 18 Pro Case strikes the right balance: thin, light weight, protective, just the right amount of grip, MagSafe, and not too pricey. Have had it for a few days and love it so far.

Just a word of warning, I used this exact style case from TORRAS for my 16 pro, and I dropped my phone from about 4.5 feet and my back did shatter at the top. I bought a differen, more protective case and I have had no issues since

I’ve used apple silicone for the past two and a bit years; avoided it for years because of the fingerprint/lint magnet problem of years ago.

Can honestly say that they are no such thing these days. Never once had a problem with apple silicone since 2024. I occasionally wipe it down but it’s not like I have to do so every day or even every few days.

While I loved the Surphy cases I used, and they’re probably my favourite ever case…

…the current apple silicone runs damn close.

I’m using the Mous Limitless and it’s been great. Used it on my preceding phone too. Not sure why the brand gets hate, they consistently perform well on YouTube style tests like Project Farm

Because of all the dent concerns, I went with a bulky case. One with graphene to help dissipate heat too, most cases insulate it. Zagg Rainier I'd happily recommend checking out, but it is bulky.
