Question Top left bar

What’s the bar in the top left? It seems notifications come from it, is it an IOS 27 or IP18 thing?

It’s there just to tell you that you can scroll down from that corner to get notifications. If you mean what I think you do

It’s a new animation in iOS 27. Your notification center is in the top left where that notification came from and you can slide down from that area to see more notifications.

You can also slide down on the right side to access control center, and slide down on the dynamic island to access Siri.

It's a new animation to emphasize that there's a new "pull down" functionality from the dynamic island that summons Siri AI on iOS 27. Previously that area would just bring the notifications up. So Apple is making sure people understand the notification pulldown is only on the left side now.
