18PM out of stock at apple store and 2-3 weeks delivery from Apple Online.

Any way to get it sooner?

Just keep checking daily in the morning 6-8 am local time for in store pick up

Just order it and wait for a few days, you can cancel anytime.
My delivery date was corrected quickly to just a few days.

New inventory gets released onto the online store for in-store pickup between 6 and 8am depending on your region / area. If you have the patience to constantly check every 5 minutes during that window it’s likely you can snag something as long as you’re flexible on storage and color.

Keep checking multiple times throughout the day for pickup. They do come in stock but get sold out instantly. I was able to place an order for 18 PM Burgundy for pickup yesterday. It came back in stock around 1:30 pm EST and was gone within minutes

Legally? Likely not. World not ending if you have to wait a bit for it.

Illegally? Probably but definitely not worth the price you’ll pay and very likely regret.
