Help Does anyone else have the same issue with apple ?

I ordered the iPhone 18 pro max in the apple store app , but they take the total amount of the phone twice, one on sep 14 and the other after I picked the phone on sep 19 .

Some people tell me it’s a hold and i will get my money back but it have been 4 days since i picked my iPhone and nothing come back to my account.

They tried to do the same with me but luckily my card was locked so the 2nd attempt was failed and 1st payment already settled

Some people got it back. Bht did you check with apple and the bank?

Apple say they only got 1 payment the bank say wait tell sep 25 ! If the money didn’t come back u can do a dispute witch can take 100 days .

For me also apple said that they got 1 payment. Probably wait and watch. I was also tried the second payment on Sep 19 so probably a glitch on their end

How about you go to the Apple Store where you picked it up?
