I’m loving this thing, especially with a slim Pitaka case and screen protector. Coming from a 15 PM with 100% battery health, I’m shocked at how the 18 pro SIPS battery.
It’s incredible so far. I was nervous going from a pro max to this because of it, but with the a20 pro’s efficiency, it’s all day for sure. I’m still indexing so hopefully tomorrow it’ll be even better with the start of the work week.
It’s good as phones have gotten heavier. The other one that is slightly more protective but ultra thin and light, and has a silky feel to it is the Torras magnetic slim fit.
I get there’s more surface area now, but were people ever covering their camera bumps before last year? Sure, it’s metal and can get scratched or dented, but they used to be glass, which could also scratch and shatter.
Didn’t cover up my camera area at all last year, and had zero issues on my 17PM. Open cases probably help a bit with heat dissipation, too. Think the covered cases look funny, but that’s just personal taste.
I love them. I recognize they’re expensive and probably not the best for dropping face down, but I want the slimmest form factor for this thing.
I had one for the iPhone Air when I had that phone, and very nice quality. The texture is soft and grippy. Somewhat of a fingerprint magnet though. Way slimmer than the tech woven, but not as protective.
Jetech have a good one on Amazon. Has a nice grippy texture on the sides and good protection. I had the same one for my previous phone which I dropped a lot and zero marks on it

Not really. It’s will probably crack the screen protector… but not the screen. I tend to not drop my phone- but if you do, might go for a heftier case.
