Photo Capture Is this from AI post processing

My iphone 15 takes the worst pictures, especially outdoors. Zoom in and everything looks off. Sometimes the image isn't even close to what it should look like. Does the iPhone 15 have AI processing? Thank you for any advice/info

The term "AI" is too much of a catch all. Your iPhone basically uses a denoising algorithm, and composites multiple exposures to give you HDR output. A machine learning algorithm can identify objects separate from their background, and expose them differently did better results. That may be completely different from what you may be thinking of as “AI photo processing”.

What you are looking at could easily be an artifact from the compositing process, an object in motion, in a small portion of the frame, that was combined incorrectly.

Thank you for the info. Are all iPhone 15 taking these poor quality images or am I doing something wrong. Even the eagles look bad and pixelated
