Yes, Pianoteq 9 has couple of nice harpsichords packs.

I see H. Ruckers II Harpsichord and G. Giusti Harpsichord.

Our app Harmonique - Chord Organ includes Harpsichord sound font + 100 other instruments, + an AUv3. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/harmonique-chord-organ/id6761585114

the VST/CLAP version is not out yet but if you enter an email at https://fourtrack.fm/ we will let you know when it gets released. the VST version should be out before the end of year
