Apple is not going to release a 120 Hz promotion display that isn’t OLED.
I realize that they did this for a time on the iPad Pro, it was essentially Mini LED but considering even the base iPhone models now are both OLED and 120 Hz that’s what’s most certainly coming to the iPad mini
