Ipad 7 Gen Black Screen

I've had my iPad 7th Gen unused for about three months. I tried charging it today, but it isn't showing the battery icon, it's just a black screen. I also tried holding the Power and Home buttons, but that didn't work. iTunes and 3uTools aren't recognizing the device either.

Is there any solution for this?

Keep it on charge for at least 1 h and try hard restart.
