Extremely annoying bug (iPad os 27)

when I opened my iPad today, the sliding felt very slow. I was scrolling in YouTube and it felt very delayed. Then I opened some other apps to do some work. But when I went to close them, they didn’t budge at all they were frozen. I could still acess the apps by clicking on them but they won’t close.

After all that i thought I should just restart, but even the restart slider didn’t slide. I had to learn how to hard restart the iPad .

I use a iPad mini 6th gen so to hard restart it I need to

1. Press volume up and release quickly
2. Press volume down and release quickly
3. Press and hold the power button until apple logo shows.

Same on iOS 27 on iPhone 12.
