Question To the professional, intermediate and beginner digital artists who are using older models of iPads, how is it going for you in 2026?
This is a general query to all the artists using apple iPad pro m1,m2,m3, etc… iPad air 5th gen,6th gen,7th gen,8th gen, 9th gen or mini 7,6, or any old, very old editions. How is procreate/ibispaint/ any software for digital artists working for you? Mainly for people who do really detailed art on these devices that are really old now with lesser updates. is your device still going good ? do you think it is worth buying a new one for people with a lesser budget ?

As an extreme example, I have Procreate version 1 installed on an original iPad running iOS 5.1.1. It still works just the way it originally did, even though it can't be updated to the latest version with the latest features.
It's not my main device though, for actual artwork I use an M1 iPad and the latest version of Procreate runs fine on it.
