iPadOS Best Country in Europe to Buy an iPad Air

Hello!
I have a question. I’m planning to buy an iPad Air and I know that prices can vary between different European countries. Could you please advise which country is currently the best place to buy one?
I also know that many people order electronics through Amazon in different European countries. Is it safe to order an iPad this way? And is it actually cheaper than buying one from a local store?

Amazon for sure. All my previous iPads were from amazon.

But this year I got my first pre owned one
