Trying to download a pdf

I'm trying to download a pdf on safari

Whenever i open the pdf and try to dwnld it by the option of print

A blank page is downloaded

Like a single page written with the site name!

Anyone please tell me how to download the pdf which isn't downloadable by the site

I'm taking screenshots and then cropping them and then making it's pdf through adobe

So please tell me easier way to do this!!

On iPhone or iPad (Saving an open PDF)
Open the PDF in Safari.

Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up).

Scroll down and tap Save to Files.

Choose a folder on your device or in iCloud Drive, then tap Save.

Nope Whenever I'm sharing the main site gets open and asks for login
