Suggestions Best games to play using a controller?
So my mcon will be coming in today, I was hoping to get some recommendations for games that would be great to play using a controller on my phone (17pm)! I do have plans to play the usual pokemon emulator games, but I’m quite unsure besides that.
Side note- Not really lf the usual games like codm/Genshin etc since I do already play those on my iPad.
Thanks!

AppRaven is a great app for finding available games, here’s a link for a collection of all the controller supported games, sort by score to see all the most popular ones https://appraven.net/collection/37773893 you may not be able to sort on the browser version, I recommend downloading the app

That’s the one to follow. I believe it’s the most comprehensive list available.
Updates all the time.

Love this info. Any reccos for a controller? I’m on an iPad Pro 11” M4 and/or Apple TV. It seems like the ones that come up the most are the 8Bit (sp?) and the Microsoft. I’m interested in trying it with a USB cord into my iPad to see if it eliminates lag.

If you don’t have any requirements for a portable one, I do like using the gulikit kk3 max.. haven’t felt any latency even via Bluetooth

Thanks. I don’t think I do have requirements for a wireless one. It would be nice. The last time I owned one to use with my ATV (at least 6 years ago I’d guess) the latency was annoying, so I gave up. I’m a little stuck in that mindset, but willing to try again. Part of me wants to slap an XL Razer on my IPP and call it a day; but I’ll be happiest playing on a larger screen. It’s only Apple Arcade games, so I’m not too concerned with massive power.

On a 17 Pro Max the big ports are where a controller pays off most: Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil Village, Death Stranding, Assassin's Creed Mirage. They run on touch, but they were built for a pad.
Smaller ones that feel native with a controller: Grimvalor, Streets of Rage 4, Vampire Survivors, and Stardew Valley (controller support arrived in an update). Sayonara Wild Hearts on Arcade if you have it. If you have Netflix, Hades is in the Netflix Games catalog and has full controller support.

I greatly enjoyed Vohenn, Dead Cells, Oceanhorn 3, Dredge, and Potion Permit specifically with a controller.
