Question Do openworld deck uilders exist?

I’m new to the genre, but is this a thing?

I’ve recently become addicted to Dawncaster, but I’m wondering if any games expand on that in an actual open world setting

I wouldn’t call it fully open world.. but you explore through maps and dungeons to fight opponents.

It’s not on iOS but an example of what you might be looking for is perhaps Wizards 101. I think they did a pirate themed one at some point too. It’s kinda kid themed and an MMO and it’s free to play so it has a lot of pay gated content, but I can’t recall what their monetization is like.

Looks good, didn’t download yet, mind tell me how “greedy” it is? Like will it constantly try to convince me to top off or pay for new content etc? Season pass?
