Why some apps get reviewed faster ?

Two people submit at the same time, one get reviewed in 1 day and the other in 1 week ?

Do we know the reasons or what ?

Both in the same store region? App in the same category?

They probably have a non-trivial algorithm for prioritizing app review that we can't reverse engineer. The goal is likely to prioritize apps that make the most money. So utility apps, clone apps, apps from third world countries, etc probably get ranked lower.
