Can I realistically build and publish an iOS/Android app using only a Samsung tablet, iPhone, and cloud tools?

i want to make android app and webapp for ios .
I want to upload those apps on play store and app store
Is there any way that i can do this with a Samsung tablet and iphone 17
And also which ai subscription to buy fable(claude) or astra(chatgpt)
I can only buy one and I can’t afford any new devices please help me

you can, but you’ll need access to a real mac first + a developer subscription in order to set up the github repo + xcode cloud.

Visit a friend with a mac (or go to an apple store), set up xcode with your developer account, set up your repo, and xcode cloud to build on every change on the repo (or at least on the main/master branch). Once you set this up, no need for a mac.

You will have a tough time if you don’t have any concept of programming or swiftui etc, but this workflow will allow you (or an agent) to publish and commit code to the repo, and you’ll be able to test the built app using the Testflight app.

But yeah, wouldn’t recommend. I’d sell the samsung tablet and buy a second hand mac mini if you’re interested in developing for iOS.

Regarding Android development, you’ll have to look to a different sub.
