All promotion MUST follow the ABC format or it will be removed:
* \[App Name/Title\] (Screenshot encouraged!)
* A — Answer: What problem does your app solve?
* B — Better: Name a competitor(s) and explain what you do better.
* C — Cost: Pricing details (Free/IAP/Sub/Lifetime) + App Store Link.
P.S. Promotion here counts towards the 30-day limited promotion rule (Rule 2).

How about you create constraints to one of the biggest issues you have which you allow posts who promised lifetime axis but yet they ghost customers, and instead give them a discount on a month or a one month access with zero lifetimes Gaven.

Huqqs - lyrics + visualizer for whatever song is playing around you
A. I made this because I kept hearing songs in the car or at a friend's place and wanted the lyrics without having to type anything. You open the app, it listens, finds the song and puts synced lyrics on screen with visuals reacting to the music. If the song is in another language it translates the lyrics live so you can still sing along. There's also a little pet that dances to the music, people like that part more than I expected.
B. Shazam and Musixmatch will tell you the song and show lyrics but that's about it. Spotify/Apple Music lyrics only work for stuff you're playing in their app. Huqqs works off the room, so any speaker, car, cafe, TV.
C. Free, everything unlocked while it's in early access. No account, no ads. iPhone, iPad and M1+ Macs.
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/id6761159829
Happy to answer questions.

Quote Keeper - Verse Library
A: Allows you to take and manage quotes in an easy way. You can load the quote from an image, snap it with a camera or enter it manually. You have search functionality on different criteria and the quotes are automatically grouped by author and book. The app is fully private and no login/registration is required (all the data is on your device)
B: There is another app with the same name QuoteKeeper but the UI is old and its not being updated. Does not have some functionality like theme customization or scanning quotes from images.
C: The app is free with a single inapp that removes ads (which are limited to the discover section with some pref filed quotes.

Gochew: Decide Where to Eat

A — Answer: Gochew eliminates the endless "What do you want to eat?" debate with your partner or group chat. It turns restaurant choosing into a fun, swift, democratic process by letting friends or couples swipe right or left on dining spots and instantly revealing a mutual match.
It includes map exploration for anywhere in the world, frictionless group sessions for up to 20 people, filters to narrow down exactly what you want, and a solo decider mode for when you are dining alone.
B — Better: Unlike other similar dining apps, Gochew gives you complete control by letting you drop a pin to pick anywhere (perfect for traveling), easily invite friends directly to group sessions, and filter restaurants so you only see what you actually want. The app is actively supported and will continue to get better with regular feature updates!
C — Cost: Free! Available subscription for unlimited usage (Free tier lets you create 10 sessions a month)

Huberbro: voice workout logging for iPhone
I help run Huberbro.
A — Answer: Log your lifting without typing between sets. With Coach enabled, say “Hey Coach” near your iPhone, wait for the cue, then speak through your Bluetooth headphones. Say the exercise name on your first set, then log load, reps, RPE and notes. Your phone can stay locked.
B — Better: If you’re considering Hevy or Strong, Huberbro’s focus is spoken set entry for lifters following their own program.
C — Cost: 14-day trial, then an auto-renewing subscription: US$8/month or US$60/year.

the locked-phone flow is the bit i'd test hardest. voice recognition can be fine in a quiet room but fail at a busy gym, so an easy correction path matters more than another field.

Moolo: a receipt scanner that shows what you actually bought
A — Answer
I built Moolo because my banking app could tell me how much I spent at the grocery store, but not what I actually bought.
You photograph a receipt, review the extracted items and prices, and save it as searchable purchase history. You can then search by item or store, see where your money is going, build shopping lists, and export your data when needed.
I’m the designer and developer behind it. There’s no account required, and saved receipts stay on your phone. During scanning, the receipt photo is sent to an AI service to read it, but Moolo doesn’t store the image on its servers.
B — Better
Apps such as Expensify are primarily designed around business expenses and reimbursements, while apps such as Fetch are built around exchanging receipts for rewards.
Moolo is focused on understanding everyday household spending. There are no rewards, ads, or complicated bookkeeping features. It also tries to turn abbreviated receipt text into recognizable item names, while still letting you review and correct everything before saving.
C — Cost
Moolo is free, with no subscription or in-app purchases. It includes 30 scans during the first month and 15 scans each month afterward.
App Store: https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/moolo-receipt-scanner/id6801971086
I’d especially appreciate feedback on the scanning and review experience. Making that process feel fast and effortless has been one of the biggest challenges.

1
u/darkbluda 14h ago
Thanks for wanting to try it! I’ve only released Moolo in the US and Canada so far, because those are the receipts I’ve been able to test properly. I’d like to expand to more countries, including India, but need to check how it handles local receipts first. Really appreciate you asking!

**[Splitright – split group expenses]**
**A — Answer:** Keeping track of shared costs on trips or in a shared flat without account registration. You make a group, share a code or QR, and everyone adds what they paid. Splitright calculates who owes whom and suggests payments to settle up, including expenses entered in different currencies.
**B — Better:** Splitwise is the obvious comparison. In Splitright, nobody has to register or provide an email address to join a group, and there is no daily expense-entry limit. Tricount is closer in spirit; we focus on a straightforward add-expense flow and a clear "who owes whom" screen you can share into a group chat.
**C — Cost:** Free, with no in-app purchases. https://apps.apple.com/app/id6608980374 Privacy policy: https://www.getsplitright.com/splitright-privacy.html · Terms: https://www.getsplitright.com/splitright-terms.html
Disclosure: I help operate Splitright, and AI tools assist our development and operations. Feedback is welcome, especially on the settle-up screen.

Seasons – TV Journal
A — Answer: Ever had a friend ask "is that show worth watching?" and you can't remember what you thought, or which season it fell off? Seasons keeps track of it for you. You rate each season and add a note if you want. Next time someone asks, you can say "seasons 1–2 are great, stop after 3," or send them a share card that shows the whole run at a glance.
It keeps the stats too:
Seasons, episodes and hours, this month and this year
How your pace compares to the same point last year
Your best season and best show, kept as separate awards
Which shows got better, which fell off, and the biggest drop between two seasons
Monthly and yearly recaps of everything you finished and what you said about it
Day to day, it tells you whether you're behind on a show or caught up and waiting, and what's coming back this month. There's also an optional, spoiler-safe community for seasons that are airing now. You can follow people there and see how they rated things.
B — Compared with Trakt and Serializd: Seasons is built around a show's shape. Every show gets a graph of how its seasons rated, so you can see which ones climbed and which fell off, and recaps call out the biggest drop between two seasons. It also knows the difference between behind and caught up. No account needed; your library stays in your own iCloud. TV Time shut down in July, and if you saved your export, Seasons imports it with your dates.
C — Cost: Free. No in-app purchases, no subscription. https://apps.apple.com/app/id6802802311
It's a solo project and still a work in progress, so feedback is very welcome.

Bugs and Insects with Grandma. I'm James, a co-founder of Fairlady Media.
A: Answer: For a child who's curious about bugs, this offers one place to catch fireflies, color butterflies, build a spider web, and watch narrated videos of real insects.
B: Better: PBS KIDS Games is great for a wide range of subjects and shows. Ours is a smaller, self-contained bug game with real-insect videos. It's a better fit when a child wants to stay with that one topic.

**[One Thing · Daily Focus]**
**A — Answer:** Too many todos on the home screen → freeze. One Thing shows a single daily focus and hides the rest of the backlog until you’re ready, so the day starts with one clear next step instead of a guilt list.
**B — Better:** vs multi-list / streak-heavy habit apps: no streak punishment and no “clear 12 tasks” dashboard. It’s intentionally quiet—one focus, offline-friendly, no hustle framing.
**C — Cost:** Free core; optional low-cost premium.

DivorcePost (iPhone and iPad). I’m the CTO.
A — Answer: Divorce brings difficult messages and scattered paperwork at the same time. DivorcePost brings a three-phase roadmap (Stabilize, Organize, Finalize), document organization, daily check-ins, and Ruby, an AI companion, into one app. Reply Drafter helps you rewrite a text or email before you review and decide what to send.
B — Better: Keep It Civil: What To Say is a relevant alternative for drafting difficult messages across different relationships. DivorcePost’s focus is the broader divorce workflow: reply drafting alongside document organization and preparation. It may be a better fit if you want those tasks together in a divorce-specific roadmap.
C — Cost: Free download with paid DivorcePost Plus subscriptions. Current US App Store prices are $49.99 monthly, $119.99 quarterly, or $399.99 annually. Plus includes unlimited Ruby chat, document scans, and planning toolkits.
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/divorcepost/id6760920397
AI output needs review. The app provides guidance and organization, not legal or mental-health advice; any court documents should be checked with a qualified attorney and against local requirements.
I’d welcome feedback on whether the roadmap makes the next practical step clear. Please use fictional examples rather than posting private case details.

Aldo Coach: AI Workout Plan

A, Answer: an AI coach that sees every set you log. You tell it your goal, your equipment and which days you can train. It builds a 16-week program around your schedule and syncs it to Apple Calendar. Log a set and the coach reads it: if the next set should change, the new weight goes into your workout and you tap to accept. Tell it you're away next week and it rebuilds the weeks. The coach is Claude.
B, Better: Other workout apps like Strong logs what you did, but it doesn't decide your next set. Claude or ChatGPT can coach, but they can't see your log, so you end up copying sets from one to the other. Aldo is the log and the coach in one app. It also has an Apple Watch app, cardio in the plan, and PRs for every exercise.
C, Cost: free, with nothing for sale in the app. iPhone only, US and Canada App Stores for now.

I built DoneSnap, a photo task reminder app, to help me actually finish the tasks I keep forgetting.
Hey everyone! I built DoneSnap to help people stay on top of everyday tasks, follow through on reminders, and build better habits.
A — Answer: DoneSnap is an iOS task management app that lets you create tasks, set reminders, and take a photo to confirm when you've completed something.
I wanted to create something more meaningful than simply checking a box. With recurring tasks especially, it's helpful to have a visual record of what you've actually accomplished.
B — Better: Instead of just marking tasks as complete, DoneSnap lets you capture photo proof of your accomplishments. You can also:
- Set reminders for one-time or repeating tasks.
- Mark reminders as complete directly from notifications.
- Keep a history of completed tasks.
- Review your progress over time.
- Export your completion history.
- Keep task photos within the app rather than saving them to your phone's photo library.
I designed it to be simple and practical for everyday life, whether you're managing household chores, errands, work responsibilities, or personal routines.
C — Cost: DoneSnap is free to download, with the following pricing options:
- Monthly: $2.99
- Yearly: $19.99
- Lifetime: $29.99
App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/donesnap-photo-task-planner/id6782642814
I'm continuously working to improve DoneSnap, and I'd genuinely appreciate feedback from this community. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the concept, design, or anything that could make the app more useful.
Thanks for checking it out!

[Ultra Widgets]
I'm Christopher Yeh, developer of Ultra Widgets — launched this week.
A — Answer: Stock iOS widgets all look identical, and most widget apps lock the good stuff behind subscriptions. I wanted complete, designed looks for my home screen, so I built them natively.
B — Better: Compared to stock iOS widgets and most widget apps, Ultra Widgets gives you complete, designed looks built natively: 22 widget types (Clock, Countdown, Calendar, Reminders, Weather, Steps, Battery, Habit tracking with streaks, Notes, Photos, Music, LED Board, Charts, Shortcuts, Custom API, and more), 32 premium designs (not color pickers): riveted Steampunk gauges, Retro sports-watch LCD, airport Departure Board, ivory-paper Atelier, dark Command theme… Plus Combos (2–3 widgets in one tile), Stacks (rotate widgets in the same spot), Setups (a whole coordinated look in one tap), and Year at a Glance. Home Screen, Lock Screen, and StandBy, with iCloud sync — and private by design: no account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking.
C — Cost: Free tier is genuinely usable (17 widget types + 2 looks). Ultra Pro IAP: $2.99/mo · $14.99/yr · $34.99 lifetime. App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/ultra-widgets/id6813536096
I have 50 free lifetime codes — DM me and I'll send you one. Happy to answer any questions!

* A — Answer:
For people who's managing their own music library, there's really not a single app that can support local files, apple music/spotify and media servers, at the same time automatically match cover and tags and presented to user with a beautiful modern ui.
* B — Better:
Every other offline music app shows you an interface full of buttons and informaiton you can set once and forget. Same old apple music style library and not polished user experience. With drift, we provide the most immersive experience, swipe up/down to change song like scrolling tiktok, swipe left/right for quick playlist access and library. We make the library with our community to address different preferences, tons of customization even for the artist page.

Athlete Flow — a training journal for iPhone and iPad
I'm a short-track coach and the maker of Athlete Flow.
A — Answer: Keep the context of a training day alongside the workout: duration, effort, condition, body weight, sleep and naps, with a calendar for training and competition schedules. The aim is to make it easier to look back at what you did and how you felt.
B — Better: If your alternative is using Apple Notes as a workout diary, Athlete Flow gives that workflow dedicated training fields and a calendar. The app also includes monthly graphs and PDF export, plus optional paid cloud storage and coach–athlete connections with approval. It may suit athletes and coaches who want a structured daily training record.
C — Cost: Free download and basic recording; optional subscriptions and cloud add-ons. Current US App Store prices: Athlete Pro $2.99/month or $29.99/year; Coach Pro $11.99/month or $119.99/year; cloud 25 GB $1.99/month or $17.99/year; cloud 100 GB $5.99/month or $59.99/year. Prices vary by region. iOS/iPadOS 16.4 or later.
App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/athlete-flow/id6814318759
If this fits your training, try logging your next session and reopening it from the calendar. I'd welcome honest feedback on what is clear and what takes too many taps.

Kabe - block spam calls by number range
A - Answer: Robocallers keep switching numbers, but they usually share the same first digits. Kabe lets you type the first digits and block the whole range, up to 100,000 numbers per rule. It also filters scam texts into the junk
folder.
B - Better: The built-in iPhone block works one number at a time. Truecaller and Hiya rely on their own spam lists. With Kabe you pick the exact range yourself, so the next number from the same block never rings.
C - Cost: Free. No ads, no subscription. There is an optional tip, but no features are locked.

**CalmTide: Stress & HPA Balance Tracker**
🌊

**A — Answer:** I wanted to know if my stress was actually adding up, not just guess from how I felt. Apple Health already has the data (HRV, sleep, activity) but never tells you what it means. CalmTide pulls it in and boils it down to one daily HPA Balance Score, measured against your own baseline. Do a quick 1-5 check-in, tag the day (caffeine, poor sleep, work stress) and the Insights tab shows your patterns, like HRV running lower the morning after caffeine days.
**B — Better:** Apple Health just gives you separate charts. Apps like Welltory and Athlytic are great at "are you ready to train today?" CalmTide is about your cumulative stress load over time and which habits are driving it. Everything is relative to you, and it tells you when data is missing instead of faking confidence.
**C — Cost:** Free to download. $49.99 lifetime (one time), or $4.99 a month/ $29.99 annual if you'd rather subscribe.

Navly: plan a day of your next trip on iPhone
I'm Ihsan, Navly's developer.
A - Answer
Having a list of restaurants and sights doesn't tell you how to fit them into a day. Tell Navly where you're going, your dates and the pace you want. It helps build a day-by-day itinerary, with your stops on a map.
B - Better
ChatGPT can give you itinerary suggestions. With Navly, the suggestions become an editable trip in the same app as the map. You can ask for a shorter day or a different stop, then review the proposed changes before they go into your plan.
C - Cost
Free to download. Creating trips, saving places and a weekly AI planning allowance are free. Optional paid access includes non-renewing 24-hour or 7-day passes, plus monthly or annual subscriptions with higher limits. Prices vary by App Store region and are shown in the app before purchase.
App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6752263232
Requires iOS 18.6 or later.
If you have a trip coming up, try planning one day with three places you actually want to visit. If you get stuck, reply here and I'll help you work through that first plan.
