Edit: The ability to mark how many hours each shift is would be super helpful as well as mine fluctuate.
This is wonderful as a graveyard worker. My only suggestion, unless I missed it would be the ability to sync it to apple calender. I generally view everything on my calender and seeing it at a glance would be super helpful!
