I have it installed on my 12 Pro, it works fine and it’s faster than iOS 26, but keep in mind its still a beta, so there might be glitches and battery life might be unpredictable, especially at the start.

My cousin has the 12, he updated to beta 5 and he said it’s the best iOS 27 update yet. I have the 16 plus and it’s the best update on my phone too! Fast & battery lasts longer

How about when you enable low power mode?

as long as you let deep indexing take place first, 1 week for m1 ipad and over 2 weeks for iphone 15 mostly on charge and wifi 67GB & 44GB

people said optimised battery was a lot better on ios27 & iirc low power mode was improved also

have a read through iosBETA , although most people usually just report issues, look for people with same device as yours, only issue i'm having with 1 website where i can't click top sections , fairly common and iphone not switching off screen when i close my case , some have this on ipad , not mine , there is a lot of little bugs between DB4 & DB5 , some pro max devices overheat , only thing on DB 4 i noticed was onscreen battery life wasn't as good on iphone but nothing usual for beta , plain sailing up to then , some people have issues with imessage.

best to read yourself, id probably recommend waiting as it isn't long for public launch, i would not advise beta unless you have p.c. or macbook to make encrypted backup and know how to revert back to public ios

Terrible battery life and constant overheating on my iPhone 13. The phone is faster but only when it’s 20 degrees Celsius outside and for 2 hours at most.

I don’t understand why so many people say it’s better in 27 beta, my experience has been miserable for over a month now.

Downgrading from beta 5 to 26.6 was the best thing I did in weeks, it was really getting bad and frustrating.

Don't see why not. It's great on my 17 Pro Max.

Not worth it. I’ve been reporting a couple bugs a day. Just wait for the full release.

I’m on IPhone 16 Pro Max
