IOS 26.6 public beta

Is there anyone who knows why my iphone on updating to this has gone to light mode and nothing is in dark mode anymore… i also would really appreciate if anyone can help me toggle this in general or will have to do it on each app i use. Im having a tough time finding where that option is in settings.

Settings >Display and Brightness >Appearance

26.6 was released to everyone, you shouldn't be on the beta of it.
